In my more than 25 years in the book industry, I have worked in editorial, publicity, marketing, and strategic planning for university and independent presses including Stanford University Press, Sarabande Books, and Coffee House Press, where I was most recently managing director.

I now consult independently on strategy, operations, and marketing for clients including New Directions, Charco Press, A Public Space, the Center for the Art of Translation, the National Book Foundation, and FSG.
